   Acceptance of terms: By accessing and using the services of app.zero2launch.com, the customer agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms of service. If the customer does not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

   Member account: The customer is responsible for keeping their account information and password secure. The customer is fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. We reserve the right to suspend an account if we detect any violation or abuse of the system.

   Rules for using the service: Our service provides tools and resources to help you create short videos and automated ad videos. You agree not to use these tools to create content that is unlawful, defamatory to others, or that infringes intellectual property rights.

4. 4.

   Payment and refund policy: Every top-up transaction on the system is processed automatically and converted into a corresponding balance. A member's wallet balance can only be used to purchase products or services on the website. We do not offer refunds of a topped-up balance except in cases of technical errors originating from our own system.
